What is your FIRST Name: Candece
What is your current position and what do you do for Interform?
Candece is a Senior Sales Professional, aka Sr. Sales Manager. Many would say she is the reason why Vanilla wrote that lyric in his classic song,” Ice Ice Baby.” You know the line, “If there is a problem, yo I’ll solve it, Check out the hook, while my DJ revolves it.” So mostly the part of solving problems, she doesn’t have or need her own DJ, her life is a soundtrack. Being creative and taking a concept or through and turning it into something amazing is truly the great part of her job and it keeps her from pressing that, “snooze,” button each day.
What is one accomplishment you are proud of? (Personal or Professional)
She is fairly modest and humble but if cornered she will tell you her greatest accomplishment is her family and her 2 grandbabies… amazing for only being a 29 1/2 year old grandma right?!!
Who are you outside of work? Your hobbies, interests, side projects, etc?
Candece spends nearly every minute doing something, seriously, she has no idea how to sit still, try flying with her. She is a HUGE fan of Country music and loves her some Keith Urban… and has no problem traveling to see him if he can’t make it to Utah.
What are 4 interesting facts about you?
She hates to be scared or embarrassed.
Another fact, she has been compared to Tommy Boy in that her heart is sometimes bigger than her brain. Which when you think about it is pretty incredible since she is extremely intelligent.
She has to show up to the airport at least 2 hours prior to a flight… she likes to call it being early, while others classify it as travelers anxiety.
Her last fact and also one of her greatest accomplishments is she is a MoM, Mom of a Marine. Her oldest is currently serving as a United States Marine; he is also referred to as the bug collector in the story below.
What is a humorous story that will add flavor to your bio? (Remember this is going online.)
It’s important to remember the fact above about not liking to be embarrassed, but here is a great story to help you understand how fun and crazy the dynamics of her kids are. On her wedding day, to the love of her life and oftentimes her other child, each of her 3 children (at that time) had to make sure they left their mark. One refused to see any fun in it and slept on the front row, another chose to not walk down the aisle because they were not allowed to carry Mom’s big bouquet, and the third was found underneath the stage collecting bugs that would later be released, unknowingly, in the honeymoon hotel room. Best to sum it all up with, never a dull moment.
